  • How can I be sure I’ll like what you design?

    There’s plenty of steps we work through together before the design process even begins, including a chemistry call, inspiration sharing and visual mood board design. Specifically, we’ll discuss your business, brand, goals, audience, competitors, personality, and more. This allows us to set parameters, guide the design process and ensures we’re aligned before the magic even starts. Plus, at every stage in the process we request your feedback!   • How many revisions can I have on a logo/design/illustration?

    The number of revisions are set on a case by case basis. This will be discussed with you at the start of your project and outlined in your quote and invoice. In most cases, projects allow for two-three rounds of changes. However, if you anticipate that you’ll need more - let’s chat and we can agree on additional costs.

  • How do I pay? And what are the payment terms?

    Once we have both agreed to proceed with your desired design work, and you have approved your quote. Then, we’ll send through an invoice including your payment plan and details. A 50% deposit is due before the project commences, with the remaining 50% balance due at project completion.

  • We’re not in the same city - can we still work together?

    Of course we can! If the pandemic has taught us anything, it’s that we can be connected no matter how far we’re apart. In fact, 95% of our clients aren’t local - meaning we’re more than comfortable managing projects remotely.

    We’re happy to work with you however suits, including via phone, video conferencing, email and so on. And, if you’re a Perth local, we’re more than happy to arrange a meeting to discuss your project face-to-face.

  • How long will it take for my design?

    The time will vary from project to project. The approximate project duration will be provided prior to commencing. However, to give you an idea - on average smaller projects are between 2-3 weeks, branding projects between 5-7 weeks and web design between 6-8 weeks. If you have a deadlines you’re trying to meet please let us know when reaching out.

  • How do I receive my logos or design work?

    Depending on the design work, we’ll supply all final artwork/designs either via email, wetransfer or dropbox (for larger items). The file formats will be in JPG, EPS, PNG, PDF depending on your specific job and business needs. If you require the working files we can release these to you for an additional charge.

  • CAN YOU DO CUSTOM PACKAGES?

    Yes we can! We do offer our standard Essentials Branding Package, Signature branding package and our web + brand package. However, if none of these are exactly what you are after, we are more than happy to accomodate any modifications to a pre-existing package or create custom packages tailored to your specific requirements.

  • Do you offer day rates?

    We absolutely can do design day rates. If your business needs a few design tasks to be completed, we are happy to dedicate a full days work to your business. You might need some fresh new social tiles, to update that old flyer, business cards, email footers, posters or stickers. We are happy to help you out.   • Are you open to collaborations?
