ADOBE CC.
Is a must have one stop shop for all designers and even small/large businesses who aren’t afraid to invest in a designer or make their own updates on designs. You can do anything from website design, design collateral, logo creation, video editing and animation.
SQUARESPACE.
Squarespace is a websites building software for business owners and creatives. It’s an easy to learn and use platform with a large range of customisable website templates or you can choose to design your own unique website from scratch. I built my website using Squarespace and I love it.
ASANA.
Asana is a web and mobile application which helps you manage, track, connect and organise your business. This means if you don’t have your laptop with you, you can still organise your day. I use this every day to keep track of my current projects, which invoices i’m waiting on, and client approvals. You can link your co-workers or clients into your project for more streamline projects.
XERO.
Xero is an accounting software for small to large businesses. It helps automate admin and allows you to work from anywhere, anytime. With customisable invoices, bank reconciliation, payroll, super, gst and much more. This is the perfect time saver and helps make the end of financial year so much easier when it comes to doing your finances yourself or taking them to your accountant.
CLOCKIFY.
Clockify is the perfect and cost effective way to track the time you spend on each project. It integrates seamlessly with Asana to allow for complete transparency. There is a free version (doesn’t sync with asana) or a cost effective (around $7 a month) paid option which syncs to Asana as well as other project management programs. I use this to help calculate my hourly rate on projects or to track my hours in order to bill clients.

Creative Market is an online marketplace for community-generated design assets. This is the perfect place to go to for unique and on trend fonts, patterns, illustrations, mockups, photos, procreate brushes and so much more.

A digital type foundry crafting retail fonts and custom typography for various brands. Free and paid fonts available. They have a range of simple, bold and unique fonts.
DA FONT.
A large range of free and paid fonts for all types of projects. Make sure you tick 100% free if you’d like to see only those options as some are only free for personal use which means you can’t use them for paying clients.

INSPO FINDS.
Get Inspired! Inspo Finds is all about promoting & celebrating the creative community. With all the latest and up to date designers from around the globe. Use #inspofinds and get the chance to have your work shown on their instagram and be involved in the design community. They even have a book full of inspo.
BEHANCE.
This is a great digital platform for many reasons. It is a way for designers to get their name and portfolio online without even having a website which is great for students who are trying to gain exposure of get their first design job. It’s also a great source of inspiration from designers around the world showcasing their design projects allowing you to give and receive feedback.
PINTEREST.
An amazing design inspiration platform that i’m sure most of you use. This is also one way in which you can bring traffic to your website and get your work noticed. It’s also a great go to place for clients to create mood-boards to help you with your banding and design projects.
